Did Not Attend Report For May2026

80 appointments were wasted in March 2026 due to patients not attending their booked appointments.

• 5507  Patients  Did Not Attend  for their Doctors, Nurses/HCAs appointment
•  Approximately 11 hours of the Doctors/ Nurses time was wasted.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are not able to attend your Appointment, please contact the surgery and cancel your Appointment with at least 1 hour notice; so that someone who needs to be seen urgently can have that Appointment.

We will be sending letters out if you DNA. Repeated DNA can lead to removal from the practice.
