If you have medication on repeat prescription you can order it Online using SystmOnline or drop your request into the surgery and post the repeat order form attached to your last prescription in the slot at the reception desk. Please put a tick against any of the medication you need.
Your signed prescription will normally be ready for collection in 48 hours (2 working days) time. Sometimes the doctor will want to see you to review the treatment. In that case, a message will be left for you.
You can post your order form. If you would like your prescription posting back to you, please let us have a stamped, addressed envelope.
You can also organise for the collection and delivery of your prescription through your local pharmacies.
Please please call between 4PM - 6PM Monday and Friday to request repeat prescription.
You will be informed by the Practice when your review is due. It is very important that you attend.

Patients are entitled to free NHS prescriptions if they have certain medical conditions, or if they are pregnant or who have had a baby in the last 12 months. To get the free prescriptions a valid medical exemption certificate is required.
